Today I did another photo shoot for a new project. Decided to step away from grunge & my comfort zone & use lots of colour which I tend to steer clear from. I clashed colours & patterns & went for an 80s hip-hop kind of theme.

Just got a new project from uni, I'm working with my lovely little housemate Hayley & we have to create a 1-2 minute fashion film inspired by Avsh Alom Gur & the words 'Darkness' & 'Expressive'. Sooo much to do in 10 weeks but I'm glad I'm keeping busy so as not to let my mind wander to much. Really want to pull this one out of the bag as I'm feeling motivated & inspired for once. We're both massive film buffs so I'm excited and anxious to get started. We've already decided to have Marilyn Mansons 'The Nobodies' in our film, I cannot stop listening to him at the moment !!

Talking of films I watched 'Precious' the other day. I can see why its had raving reviews, it was absolutely amazing & endearing despite its sinister narrative. Definetely one of the best films I've seen in a while.

Vowed to convert to a healthy diet, literally been eating rubbish since coming back to uni. Mum took me on a food shop & I've filled the fridge with carrots, cucumber, cottage cheese eurgh. Although I just saw this on Hollys bag & I'm going to take words of wisdom from good ol' Karl.

Me & Becca decided to purchase ear stretching kits today & I've stretched my ear to 2mm. Already want to go bigger, I'm going to end up with ridiculously huge holes in my ears at this rate. I think I'm going to limit myself to 6mm. AND LostProphs tomorrow soso excited, I can't wait to venture out of Rochester with 2 of my favorite people & listen to some live music, its been too long.

Hayley managed to bag us some LostProphet tickets for next week which i'm a little bit excited for, got a feeling its going to be epic!! Although we had to scrap seeing britains got talent seeing as our pathetic bank balances won't stretch, soso disappointed i won't get to witness the cowell in the flesh.

However, considering I don't think i'll be turning into Tavi or bagging front row seats to fash week anytime soon/ ever... here are some delightfully drunken photos from last night :)

Me and becca went to fulfill our fast food cravings once we had stirred from our deep sleep and spooning sesh.. in our pyjamas headbanging and singing along to lostprophets who were blasting out of the micra. HAPPY NEW YEAR GUYSSS !!!

I brought in 2010 with Iszy at the O2. Really need to see Justice again, their set was amazing. NYE was definetely an eventful night. I failed to make any resolutions, given that I never ever stick to them. I can't wait to see what the new year brings though.
